Images tools
7 toolsCompress, resize, crop, rotate, and convert images without uploading them anywhere. Each tool works on the file right in your browser, so a 40 MB photo never crawls up to someone's server and back just to get smaller.
Like everything on loot.tools, these run entirely in your browser. Free, no account, and nothing you enter leaves the tab.
Which one do you need?
Compressing and resizing get mixed up a lot. Image Compressor keeps the pixel dimensions and shrinks the file size, which is what you want when a form rejects your 8 MB photo. Image Resizer changes the dimensions themselves, for a 400px avatar or a banner that has to be exactly 1200 wide. If the framing is the problem rather than the size, Image Cropper cuts the picture down to a region or a fixed aspect ratio, and Image Rotate & Flip fixes a photo that came in sideways or mirrored.
The other three convert. SVG to PNG rasterizes vector markup into a PNG, JPEG, or WebP at whatever scale you need, for the platforms that refuse SVG uploads. Image to Base64 turns an image into a data URI you can inline in HTML or CSS. And Favicon Generator takes one square image, or just a letter, and produces the favicon set a site expects.
